We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided that the product is in the same condition as it was received, unused, and in its original packaging.
This policy applies to candles and decorative pieces.
In cases of regret or incorrect size selection, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please review the sizes carefully before purchasing. As each candle and decorative piece is individually crafted, please allow 2-3 business days for processing before dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we are always available to assist with any shipping concerns.
